Statements are generated from the lease and arrive on schedule, itemised down to the charge — base rent, CAM, taxes, utilities and work-order billbacks, each naming the article that allows it.
Suites across buildings keep their own leases and terms, with one login and one balance. Expansions, relocations and multi-building tenants are handled as what they are.
Documents & updates
Every statement, document and notice from signing day to move-out, beside the certificates, service contracts and deadlines the lease requires them to carry.
A fire alarm test or a lobby closure goes out from management and lands in the portal, so nobody has to dig it out of an inbox.
Work orders
Tenants submit a request with photos and follow it to completion. Your team replies in the same thread, attaches the invoice and bills it back when the lease allows.
